I have been losing weight with Slimming World for the last few months. During that time we have had a few days away here and there, at hotels, and the eating plan tends to disappear. A couple of weeks ago we spent 4 days on a boat, bringing her back from Stoke on Trent, and I had a sudden revelation.
I took all my food with me, so started the day with overnight oats, spent the day snacking on salad and fruit, then some easy meat and pasta meals in the evening, and during the day I did locks, and walked the dogs along the towpaths, and generally kept moving, and there we are – a body magic holiday!
I make no guarantee about losing weight, but it certainly can let you stay in control of your eating, and enable you easily keep active.
