We will contact you very shortly to confirm your booking and answer any questions that you may have. Our office isn’t manned over the weekend, so bookings made after 5 pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.
Our email response to you may go into your spam folder, so please check there if your confirmation email doesn’t arrive.
To confirm your booking, we will need either a booking deposit of £200.00 (or if you choose you can spread the payment details below) or full payment if your holiday starts in less than 4 weeks.
Payment may be made as follows:
- Use this Paypal link to send £200, or the full amount if less than 4 weeks to travel.
- Bank transfer to HSBC, 40 45 25 account number 01209949, with your surname as a reference. IBAN: GB03MIDL40452501209949 (Branch Identifier Code: MIDLGB2161W)
- If you wish to pay by card, please contact the office – 01926 492968 (office hours Mon – Fri 9.00 – 5.00)
- We are pleased to be able to offer the option of spreading the cost of your holiday, at no additional cost to you.
- We will confirm your booking, and the cost, and then divide the cost of the holiday over the number of months until you go.
- We will send a payment schedule, and a link for you to agree to direct debits being taken through the GoCardless system.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of the first payment, which will be your deposit, and a further email on receipt of the final payment.
