There will be parking for a maximum of strictly two cars per boat. Keys to your vehicle will have to be left with us whilst you are aboard.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to your boat. We would ask that you arrive between 1.30pm and 3pm. Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 3pm.
When you arrive at the marina please stay in your car and a member of staff will come and greet you, direct you where to park and show you to your boat. You can load your belongings aboard. (We suggest that you unpack and get yourselves organised on the boat once you are underway).
Once you have got your belongings on board depending on experience you will be given instruction as required. Please take a look at the pre arrival video, you will find the information about the boat easier to assimilate.
Let us know if you intend to return the boat earlier than your expected return time, so that we can arrange that cars are available, and you know how to access the security gates. We are not manned at Stockton over the weekend, so early return of the boat MUST be organised before you leave the moorings at the beginning of your holiday.
On the last day of your holiday you need to be back at the marina for 09:00 am and vacated by 09:30 am. All Rubbish and recycling should be cleared of the boat (we have bins here, please ask a member of staff). Please check through the boat to make sure you have all your personal belongings.
Could you have a look at this page on our website, which has a preview for you of our sendout procedure, and a link to the “Boater’s DVD” which gives lots of useful information, particularly if you haven’t done this before, it will make it much easier to assimilate the information that you are being given.

There are no maps onboard, you will need to either source one before arrival or download the app, or purchase a map once you are here. You will need some form of map available.
